Girth Gears
We manufacture girth gears of almost all types namely, the spur, helical, double helical, etc., with the outer diameter ranging from 10 mm to 12,000 mm, and up to 60 module. The girth gear is the heart of most mills and kiln drive system, but these gears cannnot be used in the spare parts inventory. These girth gears are also used in the steel industry, cement plants, sugar industry, chemical plants, mineral plants, paper & pulp industry, and in the mining industry. The girth gear is preferred over the gearless drives due to their lower initial cost, simplicity to install, operate and maintain. In the past many years girth gears have gone through enormous improvements.
